Notes are extremely important to the success of Naiad. Having detailed, accurate notes that are in the correct location can drastically improve our ability to provide an excellent customer experience and be as efficient as possible with our time.
This course will go over everything you will need to know about Notes in the Service Titan Field Application including the different types of notes, what types of notes go where in the program and how to edit and/or add notes.
